DiG was founded by Emma Warrillow, who serves as Chief DiGGer and Lead Consultant. Prior to founding the company, Emma ran analytic teams at both Royal Bank Wealth Management and Bank of Montreal.
Emma is uniquely qualified to understand the analytics and business of customer relationship strategies. She is also a well-respected industry leader who has developed and taught post graduate courses at George Brown College, has judged awards for both NAMMU and the CMA, and who has served as Vice Chair of the CMA’s Council on Marketing Intelligence and Database Technology.
